"Clean and nice but rooms are smaller than on picture. Narrow stairs but good elevator. Construction in the area and loud bars till 1 am. Had to have windows open due to no AC and that was unfortunate with all the loud voices! Would be better in spring / fall winter with windows closed. "The hotel is located far from city and the look can make you make you half turn and go back. You catch the motorway A81 in less than 5 mins. However when you enter the hotel, talk to the staff, get into your room, toilet and order for dinner then you do appreciate your choice of coming here. The staff are nice service oriented and without any manners. I was given room on the zero floor which was fine. Bed was good, space was 3 star normal size and staff was great by putting a bed for our kid...

There were 2 large windows to open but the road noise was constant and very very noisy all through the night so not able to leave the windows open. This room was on the junction of a busy road. I would not choose this hotel again. "
