"shower did not work in our room. they told us it was fixed, but it wasn’t had to wait until maintenance could look at it the next day. First day no room cleaned, second day had to ask for it as not done by 3:30, third day not done and called at 3:15 when we got back for the day and was told too late to be done. but brought us clean towels. first reception girl very cold. Had to ask for vouchers for free drinks as per registration, which she just handed too us like it was a chore. This was our 8th year at this hotel and worst experience ever. "

"Did not meet my expectations. It was OK . It surely didn’t WOW me . I had to make payment of $465 at arrival…so fyi. I am going to receive $300 back to card in 3 to 5 business days."

"Jim was a great host and the condo was perfect for our stay! It was well equipped and I was surprised to find fresh flowers in the living room and toiletries in the bath. The weather wasn’t great but it was still a lovely vacation. "

"We really enjoyed our stay. Beautiful condo. Comfy beds, great views, included garage is great bc parking in the area is hard to come by. Almost everything was under a 30 min commute and lots of stuff to do and eat within walking distance.My kid said the pullout was best vacation bed he ever has as he got to wake up to the ocean everydayBeach had lifeguards who will warn you about the tides which is also helpful! Surfing lesson beachside are cool to watch in the am while sipping coffee! "

"The house has an excellent location. It’s literally a 5 minute walk to the beach. The layout supported privacy, each BR with its own bathroom. Overall, a fine house. But leaks were evident when it rained. The hot tub thermostat was limited to 99. Limitations on the house thermostat were unseemly considering the cost of a week’s stay. Excessively long list of possible 250 fines, longer than at any VRBO place at which we stayed. (There were five other places.)"
