Loved the classical beauty of the hotel, decor and landscaping. Room and hotel as a whole was very clean. Shower heat/pressure was amazing. Front desk staff was super nice and I liked there being a fancy restaurant and lounge so we had the option of staying in. Only minor issue was having to valet the car causing 10-20 minute delays every time we needed to leave.

I think service was the most disappointing at front desk and restaurant . The host Also , we ended up going to Riggs for breakfast one morning because the breakfast menu was very mediocre and eating it for 3 days in a row got very old . Dinner menu is not bad but also only if you eat there once , they don’t even offer daily specials that would add a little variety .

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. The staff are nice and helpful when we had questions. The staff at Root &Vine when we order pizza's to take back to our room. The sercurity guards in the lobby would always say hi and ask how you are doing. The room was amazing and we enjoyed the view from our room.
