The most incredible stay I had in my life! From the very first moment you feel like you’ve arrived home. Casual yet tastefully elegant, Albergo Capovolto was our favorite stay in Sardinia. The hosts were warm and very welcoming , the food was delicious and the albergo beautifully decorated. The location had lovely rural vistas in every direction , a wonderful pool and a garden that called for photos. This property is absolutely stunning. You know how restaurants have Michelin stars; two being worth a detour and three being worth a special journey... well if hotels had a similar system then Albero Capovolto deserves three stars hands down. This property is absolutely worth a special journey to experience. The atmosphere is so serene and peaceful, my mind couldn't even dream up a more peaceful and beautiful place. The service is outstanding and you feel so at home. They offer dinner as well and you can tell the chef puts so much thought and love into the ingredients and flavors of the meal. I hope to be able to return someday and absolutely recommend a trip to Sardinia just to experience this place.

I’m not sure where to start. This place is special, Maybe magical. It’s one of those experiences of a lifetime that make you feel like you’re a part of something, a special place. The staff make you feel like you’re part of the family. The owner welcomes you into a small piece of history which is his parent’s vacation home. The premises are exquisite: Sardegna is not only boats and beaches. It’s also mountains and sunsets and lavish green lands. I had dinner and breakfast and they were both excellent. My room has two patios and I felt comfortable getting a morning workout in. The views from all angles are simply gorgeous. I can’t say enough good things about this place.
