"The staff was amazing, I cannot remember the last time I had customer service that was excellent. I would like to acknowledge Eva, Christian, Melissa and Alex! The property was clean, the rooms were very nice.I liked the bar area. I did not use the pool but it looked very clean. Great place to stay!"

"The first thing I look for is a comfortable bed. I slept well with no aches in the morning. Both the fridge and microwave came in handy. The bathroom was spacious and equipped with a walk in shower. It had a grab bar as well. They still use the tiny toiletries (Dove brand) which I hope they will eventually phase out in favor of a more eco-friendly option. The hot breakfast was plentiful and filling. I went with the sausage and egg scramble with a bit of picante sauce and the breakfast potatoes. I also got a yogurt and a pastry. They had cereal, waffle maker, oatmeal, bread, bananas and more. I went out to enjoy the pool at dusk. It was nice and warm. They also have a shop with snacks, drinks, food, ice cream, and other incidentals. "

"Nice & Spacious with pretty good interior design. Dove soap, shampoo, conditioner, & lotion are available, & w/ my deluxe room I got a TV with streaming services. Breakfast was soo good & was THE highlight for me. Chorizo, refried beans, eggs, tortillas, & more. I didn’t go to the pool but it looked clean from my window, pretty big with modern decor. Favorite hotel in Victoria so far. "

"Room & everything in it was great. Only issue was all the noise starting at 6am with the company workers that are up early. (It was a last minute booking for us so we understand) I will just ask for a room away from that next time. We will definitely be staying again. Thank you! "
