We enjoyed having a kitchenette so that when we wanted a little break from the beach, we could quickly go back to our room and have a snack. The staff always ensured that our room was clean and if we needed anything then they were able to assist us (ex. Calling a taxi or printing a voucher). "

"Perfect view of sea and mountains off the beaten track. Bit tricky to find but well worth it. The villa had everything you need and the manager responded to queries very quickly over WhatsApp . It was lovely waking up to the sound of the sheep and goats running past with their little bells. A car is a must and there’s lots to do in surrounding areas. Such a lovely holiday"

"The villa is part of a small collection of villas and bungalows in a quiet location, with a nice pool. There is a village nearby with shops and tavernas. The property manager, Effie, was responsive and helpful. When we arrived we found there was an issue with the villa that we had booked, which Effie resolved quickly by upgrading us. "We had a wonderful time staying at the Villa Poseidon, fabulous villa, wonderful location, fantastic views and great communication with Nikos when we had a couple of issues. The pool area was great and cleaned daily, clean linen and towels were available on demand. Plakias village was an about a 5 minute drive and had everything you need with lots of tavernas to try and supermarkets, bakeries and meat market to stock up your supplies. All in all a super place to holiday"

"What a find, beautiful part of Crete!The apartment was clean and comfortable. Lovely big pool over looking the sea. Demitra and kostas are the loveliest of people, very helpful, gave us lots of great recommendations. It’s very quiet and tranquil, just what we needed! "We have had a great time at this hotel. Plenty of great dining options, multiple swimming pools, sea access was great. Perhaps the biggest highlight was the staff, they were lovely and super helpful any time we needed anything. The only slight negative we found was the lack of lactose-free yoghurt, which was surprising given the multitude of options otherwise. It would have been nice to be able to try the yoghurt, but sadly this made it impossible for us."

The staff is so friendly and helpful and well trained. Everyone had a smile and super accommodating. Minor issue was addressed quickly and with class.
