"Very nice unit with lovely small private pool and amazing sea view. Thanks for great Champagne! Not the best room breakfast ( mostly pancakes ) but very nice staying for one utif night. Last thing we wake up early morning due the sunrise came from the roof window that without cover. "

"Beautiful location right across from the beach. Great view of Batumi from our balcony. Really enjoyed the cafe on the property, we were there every day for coffee and the sandwiches were surprisingly good as well. It’s a new property with some construction happening, but nothing that disturbed our stay aside from a few quick power outages.
