Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
Le check-in ne se fait qu’entre 12:00 et 14:00 ou 19:00 et 21:00.Le lieu et cadre sont absolument magnifiques mais malheureusement le site en lui-même est en état de délabrement avancé.Expérience très mitigée. La piscine mise à disposition (il faut prendre la voiture pour s’y rendre) est délabrée, n’offre ni barreaux à l’échelle (nous avions un enfant), ni transats, propreté à revoir.Les sols étaient truffés d’excréments d’animaux.En guise de BBQ, 2 briques et une grille non utilisable. Dans l’hébergement, pas de machine à café alors qu’annoncé lors du booking, littéralement le strict minimum. il a fallu bricoler les volets à l’arrivée.Logement propre.Staff à l’écoute du client et réactif.
