"Laundry service was not great "

"Not bad of a place to stay at. Front staff was friendly and breakfast was delicious. We had everything we needed in the hotel for a decent 2-day stay. Room was clean, some receipts and trash was behind the bed but not much. Bed sheets were clean/comfy and the TV worked great. Microwave and fridge were useful! The tenants however made it a questionable experience. When we got there, the hallway smelled like weed. I wanted to use the gym later that night when we arrived but none of the machines were working =( nor was the hot tub. It's okay though, it happens. Gym looked clean though. While I was trying to figure out what to do, we heard screaming right outside the hallway. Group of young adults/teens were arguing with each other about some gang nonsense. Not cool when you have little ones. Only thing I'll say that would have made it a great experience would be the gym, hot tub (it was cold that night), and maybe a cleaner smell? Possibly even hiring security staff? I hope this isn't an every night thing. Lastly, maybe keep serving breakfast until the time given? They stopped making breakfast 15 mins before the close time and people were still coming in. However, staff were amazing and really helpful! No issues with them at all! Recommend for those who just need basic necessities and don't care much about what I mentioned. 7/10"

"the bathroom wasn’t the same as the photos, the room was SO bright at night and in the morning because of the outside, and there was long black hair all over my towels (my hair is short and light brown)"

"Staff is friendly. Found one water bottle left by the previous occupant in the room. But other wise it was a good stay"

"Really nice staff upon entry and exit of the hotel, warm and friendly. Lovely big comfy bed and we enjoyed the bar downstairs before going out. Would stay here again. "
