"The property is rundown, smells like a mixture of weed, cigarettes and mold. The area surrounding it is unsafe. The room was sticky on surfaces walls and floors and smelled terrible. I was very tired so I slept a few hours then left long before sunrise. I would highly encourage you to only stay here if you’re desperate. I am a simple traveler and I don’t require much nor do I care about hotel appearance but this place was more of a homeless shelter. "

"The room set up is ideal and perfect. But the staff is just not helpful at all. Upon arrival asked for the hotel luggage cart, staffs response “oh I don’t know where they’re at” with a oh well attitude. The lack of professionalism, hospitality (part of the job) , "

"This was a fantastic stay for us! The entire property was clean and comfortable and the neighborhood was convenient for everything from hitting Universal Studios to just enjoying Southern California as a hole.The communication with Miguel was great, though we never had any reason to chat with him during the stay. It was an easy check in and out and I’d definitely stay there again!"

"The property was okay it looked well maintained but the pools were dirty the jacuzzi was dirty and they had a lot of other visitors that were there hanging out around the balconies outside partying being loud. But I assume because it was a Friday night. The room was just okay it smelt of smoke even though it was a non-smoking room the walls could use another paint job. but for the most part I just stayed one night and got out the next morning"

"We were in amd out pretty quickly, just overnight. The airconditioner was really noisy amd they charged us $12 to park. In sam bernardino! Outrageous!"

"Clean enough room, staff was a little abrasive and not very helpful… unsafe is an understatement. Left room for about 3 minutes to get the Wi-Fi password from the front desk, went back into the room and all of the drawers were opened and nightstands pushed away from the wal"

"Non-Smoking rooms were smoky. Burns in the sheets and shower curtains. No towels or maid service. Could not get towels at night due to the front desk not having the keys to the laundry room. Mold on our shower already. Terrible water pressure, barely able to wash hands. The door would not fully close. The front desk was no help in booking or adding on rooms prior to visit. When asked for new/more towels (3 guest paid for 1 towel in room) We were told to walk down to the laundry room and exchange them ourselves. The area/other people staying were loud at night. Screaming and yelling. Lots of homeless people are sleeping in cars in the parking lot. Will never stay there again. NO REFUNDS, even if you don't feel comfortable in the room. "
