"The staff was super friendly during check-in and check-out. The hotel and room were very nice for the price. It was conveniently placed in downtown Riverside so we were able to walk to our event. The only downside was hotel parking is limited and small but they do have additional parking across the street, which wasn’t far at all."

"Excellent front counter customer service. Nice hotel interior a d premise. The only issue is the $20 "incidentals" charge. I guess for parking in a non secure parking lot that the surrounding neighborhood can freely access parked vehicles, and is shared by 3 other hotels."
