Very pretty property- but not welcoming. A bit pricy for the limited amenities in the room- AC in the room never cooled the room and all i could hear all the noise from the traffic in my room. The shower step is so high it is dangerous. I was disappointed.

Amazing hotel with a unique theme - lots of greenery and plants everywhere. Loved all of the natural decor, it was extremely clean and well maintained. It was more than adequately staffed and there was someone there to help you with just about everything…I don’t think I even opened a door once while I was there. Pool has amazing views! The lobby bar/restaurant, Juniper, is great and a relaxing lounging environment. The rooftop bar, Harriet’s, is upscale with good drinks and beautiful views. The rooms are modern, clean, and everything is done with sustainability in mind. Would definitely recommend staying here!

After staying at the 1hotel in Miami, I expected to have a similar experience in LA, but I was wrong. The girls at the front desk were just not friendly at all. Couldn’t even bother to put a smile on their faces. It was like we were bothering them when checking in. Someone called the phone in the room twice early in the morning and woke us up for no reason.
