New Home in Prime Location between BR & NOLA (Pet-Friendly!)

This new home is nestled in a new, small quiet neighborhood, and is located 5 mins from the Tanger Outlet Mall/Lamar Dixon Expo Center and the interstate. It is 25 minutes to Baton Rouge, and 40 mins from the New Orleans Airport. Prime spot to visit all the common tourist attractions (plantations, etc) and plenty of food and shops all around.

Guests have access to the door via keypad, and enter through the main living area where you will find the kitchen, dining, and living room. There is a newly fenced-in backyard out the back door by dining area, and an accessible, usable laundry room across from it. There are two bedrooms and a bathroom all within footsteps of each other. Across the way on the other side of the living room, you can find the master bedroom and bathroom.
