"The house was really clean and well furnished. Beds were comfortable and there were plenty of lounging chairs. The kitchen had the essentials to make ourselves breakfast. There was plenty of space to park both of our cars. The host sent us the information for check-in ahead of time and we had no issues checking in or out. The only complaint we have is that the AC did not work during our stay. It was quite late in the evening when we arrived back at the home and discovered that the house was really warm, and so we did not communicate the issue with the host at the time, because we were leaving early in the morning anyway. Otherwise I would rate the home 5*."

"We absolutely LOVE this little house! It’s perfect for my husband, me and our service dog. It’s so clean and comfortable and a quiet little neighborhood. We love the trains that go by, too. Any time we stay in Olathe, the Mulberry House will be our number one choice. "

"Lovely 7 night stay and the house is super clean, spacious and very comfortable. Host responds quickly, check in was a breeze and simple. Location is in a quiet neighborhood. Backyard is huge! Beds are comfy and showers had great water pressure. Bathroom amenities are very nice and appreciated as I had forgotten to pack body lotion. Overall a fantastic stay and will book again as I travel to Olathe 3-4 times a year. Truly is a 5 star gem!!"

"Plenty of sleeping options for our family of 7. Appreciated the ability to park the vehicle in the garage. Quick response from owner when we had questions. Appreciated the provided "slippers" for shoe removal at front door. Wish list options would be shoe rack in the front closet (7 people have a lot of shoes) and maybe some wash rags or face cloths for showering/washing up. Towels and blankets were plentiful! Especially enjoyed the morning back yard visits from the local wildlife."
