"Would not add my girlfriend to the reservation because I didn't book directly with them. When I arrived I had paid for 2 days already which was how long we were staying but still tried telling me they had to book the 2nd day. I reminded them I paid 2 days up front. Same reservation. I asked for 2 extra pillows and they only brought one. Overall the service side was underwhelming"

"Staff goes above and beyond in helping with requests. Property is so clean. Great breakfast options you can take out to patio area and relax."

"The suite we stayed in was wonderful. Very clean and the staff was great. Perfect location with plenty of restaurants and stores for shopping."

"The gir who checked me in chastised us for booking through Expedia and said my license photo made me look high. The room was barely cleaned and the water pressure was nonexistent. "

"Staff were bend-over-backward helpful and worked together at all levels which was refreshing. The facility is being run to max profit with $6 liters of water and expensive wine and food for sale. The room was clean but there was no luggage rack for suitcases. "

"They are not always clean staff doesn’t pick up dirty towels and they have sewage issues bath tub gets backed up from time to time with poo but they will give you another room but also means pack your things and move to another room area is somewhat safe "
