"Very happy with the property. It is right on the lakeside and the lake is rather still most days making for great kayaking. The lake itself is pretty muggy so swimming, at least in this section of it, is not happening. However, the view and ambiance of the area is great. The neighbors to the right are pretty close, and it seems most houses in this area are rentals so Saturday night got pretty loud around us. The kitchen comes stocked with most things you need, and the beds were very comfortable. Overall we were very happy with our stay."

"Rustic, serene cabin with easy access to Goodyear Lake across the street. Stayed with family during our son's week at Cooperstown Dreams Park. Easy commute to fields. Enjoyed the lake, fishing and meeting neighbors while staying at the house. Appreciated on site laundry, A/C, wifi, TV and equipment for outdoor activities. Friendly and responsive host. "

"We loved the view, the outdoor dining/seating options, and the individual climate per bedroom. The downstairs bath was great, too. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for cooking and food prep. Hope to return next year for another graduation. "
