"New renovations were a plus! Very comfortable with 9 adults. Definitely recommend. Comfortable primary bed. You can tell the home is lived in and cared for versus just an income property so that was lovely. Beautiful view. Location was good for our needs. "

"This property was perfect for our Cooperstown Dreams Park stay. We stayed with two other families. Each bedroom has its own bathroom which is ideal for multiple families staying together. The property was clean, air-conditioned, Wi-Fi enabled, and on the water. Towels and bedsheets were provided. We chose not to swim in the lake but did use the kayaks that the property offered. I would definitely look to stay at this property again when I come back to Cooperstown with my younger son in two years. "

"We absolutely loved this home. A well equipped cottage near a beautiful lake and only about 10 miles to Dreams park. Highly recommend if looking to book for baseball tournaments. It was an easy drive which allowed us to get much needed rest in between games. Definitely a home away from home! Laundry was a huge plus and the neighborhood was really pretty with constant deer popping out on our drives. Check in and check out was easy. Kitchen has everything you need to cook basic meals. Keurig was also great to have. Grocery store nearby and doordash was available also for those extra tired days. Great stay for our little family! "
