I meant to book in Tiel, booked here instead. Hotels.com was awesome and tried to get my reservation booked to Tiel, but regardless of being in the same chain, they did not let me switch hotels, which was disappointing and noted. While the 5 minute drive to my customer would have been nice, the 30 minute drive wasn't terrible. The hotel itself is very nice, room was spacious, bed was comfortable. The hotel offers a lot, had a bar/restaurant that was ok, and has a restaurant that was pretty good. All in all it is a nice hotel chain, and I'll stay again, just in Tiel.

It was great,strongly recommended. Only thing was that the heating wasn't strong enough but probably this is a situation in all hotels, and still we had around 21° temperature in the room which is ok . Everything else is just perfect! Clean,massive bed,geat location, coffee machine wirh coffee and tea-every day filled up, perfect bathroom, lift- literally everything! I'm very pleased

Terrible night’s sleep & unhelpful staff :(

Stayed here to visit friends in the area. This is a really nice, clean and high quality hotel that we were so happy with when we arrived - HOWEVER, the very nice large king size bed only comes with 2 very small square pillows that go flat. We asked at reception if we could please have an extra pillow but they said no. I’ve never had this from a hotel of this standard before - telling staff that you’re uncomfortable but told you can’t have another pillow. We had two rough night’s sleep due to feeling like our heads were flat on the mattress. Sadly, I can not recommend this hotel. Such shame as it could have been an easy 5 stars if they just let us have another pillow for a better sleep, as the room itself was lovely. Why make such a nice hotel if you’re not going to make your guests comfortable leading to a bad review.
The only pillows you’re allowed for this nice big bed.

Had to check my reservation when I walked into the lobby. Was much fancier than I was expecting. Only problem I had was with the parking, it was a hassle dealing with the gate as things kept going wrong.
