"A 4* hotel this is not. It's OK if you're just looking for a place to crash in Borovets but it's on the outskirts of town (10 min walk to town if you're not in ski boots).
Has a sauna but no jacuzzi or steam room and the pool is not really big enough for swimming properly.
Breakfast was average if you got there reasonably early but by 8am everything on the hot counters is cool and doesn't get replaced."

"Property has been recently renovated, feels great. Staff great, we’re able to check in us early. Every summer we book this hotel. Walking distance to The Mall.
Transportation to airport this year is 10 euro per adult. Over-all great one night stay. "
"Short walk to tons of restaurants and near the metro line which made it easy for transfers. Apartment was cute and easy to check after hours. Very clean for a hostel. Only thing waa floor was creaky and i was afraid of waking up neighbors lol"
"Hôtel dans un endroit calme au cœur de la montagne.
Piscine extérieure et espaces bien-être gratuit (saunas hammam jacuzzi...)
Parking gratuit
Chambre confort, décoration simple.
Le moins, manque et d'information et d'amabilité du personnel "
"Last minute booking following a missed connection, but a great value, comfortable budget hotel. It is an easy walk from the Metro station and there is a small shop just round the corner for food."

" Very nice, large spacious rooms! Spa is nice! Restaurants and service amazing. Couldn’t turn the ac down enough to a comfortable temp. Would have liked about 2 or 3 degrees cooler! Can hear club music till about 4 am on Fri and Saturday. Very close to the streets of restaurants and stores! Expensive if you need something laundered. "
