Gornji Proložac Holidays

This was our third time staying at this resort because we’ve always enjoyed it. The room was very clean, and the housekeeping staff was excellent—very friendly, professional, and attentive. However, the bar experience was disappointing. The beach bar wasn’t open during our stay, which was a big disappointment. The main bar also had issues with its system being down, and the staff seemed confused most of the time. I asked about the status of my order, and the bartender simply looked at me, said they didn’t have my order, then turned away and ignored me. The order arrived about five minutes later, making the whole situation even more confusing. For a 5-star resort, I expected a much higher level of service. Hopefully, these issues will be improved because we’ve always enjoyed staying here.

The resort has probably some of the most friendly and helpful people I’ve ever met! Everyone was genuinely happy and keen to help with anything we needed. The beach was beautiful although it had an extra charge per day. The only thing I’d say, is that the main building needs some maintenance; the gym was disappointing and parking can be tricky.

Toiletries need to get a little upgrade. Room is little small. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very quiet with gorgeous views.
