We so wish we could’ve stayed more than a day here. The suite was very quaint and comfortable with a nice balcony. Breakfast was decent and hotel staff were very pleasant. Hope to be back soon!

I didn’t have hotel breakfast. The room is lacking storage space and the bathroom doesn’t even have space to hang the towels. Some basic 4star hotel amenities are missing. Very pleasant check-ins and checkouts (even though no Expedia VIP check-in)

Loved to location between two big stations and with some amenities close by.
Room and bed was a size. Defo would stay again for another short break

Nice stop over hotel . Ate in local pizza restaurant- great value compared to the hotel . Breakfast was exceptional. Indoor pool a little dated but ok .

Staff were really pleasant. Ground floor room was offered as lift did not work. Lack of kettle in the room was a disappointment as one had to go to the breakfast room to get hot water. No restaurant for dinner but recommended a lovely restaurant just 100 yards

Property was pet friendly with our dog allowed in all the public areas we visited. Staff were excellent. Our room in the stable block was really nice and great for the dog. Would definitely recommend Chateau Heloise if you are in the area.
