"Edem Boutique Hotel is a hidden gem nestled in the relaxing village of Ammoudara Beach, just a few miles from Agios Nikolaos. With only seven rooms, this charming property offers beautiful views of Mirabello Bay and a wonderfully intimate atmosphere. We stayed for 10 days, and our experience was fantastic. Our room was spacious, beautifully decorated with modern touches, exceptionally clean, and just steps from the beach. The room was cleaned daily, with the bed made each day, which made our stay feel especially comfortable and cared for. Although the property is staffed only part-time, management is readily available via WhatsApp and incredibly attentive and responsive. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised with a bottle of wine, slippers, and robes—a lovely and thoughtful welcome touch. The pool is beautiful and overlooks the beach, making it a perfect place to relax. Free on-site parking is also a great bonus. Michalis and Viktorlina were wonderful hosts throughout our stay. They were always happy to share recommendations and helpful information about nearby sights, towns, and restaurants, which made exploring the area even more enjoyable. The hotel also has a relationship with Skinos Seaside Cafe next door, where we enjoyed fantastic breakfasts, lunches, and cocktails. Having such a wonderful spot right next door was an added bonus. "The house had everything we needed and Jenny had some great recommendations for places to eat and things to do. It was perfect for a group of 7 - all from different branches of the same family. Jenny made communication really easy and always got back to me. The week we were there was SUPER windy - like 20mph (30-32kph) the entire week - so we couldn’t take advantage of all the outdoor amenities, but what we thoroughly enjoyed what we could! There was lots to do nearby - we walked to the beach and to Ag. Nikolous. We’d stay again, for sure."
