"Staff"

"This is the second year in a row my family and I has stayed here for NYE. For us, the large pool and hot tub were a huge factor! Another big reason we chose to come back was because after we checked out last year, I received a call that we had left some personal items behind. Fortunately, we were still in town and were able to swing by and pick it up. Well, we left some t guns breeding this year as well; however, we were already back home when they called to let us know. For a very reasonable cost, they have shipped our personal items to us. I’m nearly 50 and have stayed in plenty of hotels. This is the only hotel that has ever done this! When you have kids, it’s so easy to pack up and not realize things are hiding under covers, etc! While we were there, e bought a game that required two AA batteries. The hotel was kind enough to not only give us some batteries, but unscrew the back of the game so we could insert the batteries. Little things like this MATTER!"

"The room was nice. The pool area and hot tub were excellent. We really enjoyed our stay here! The location was also really nice- very easy to get to everywhere in the Pigeon Forge area! A great spot for sure!"

"Great place"

"The staff are very friendly, great atmosphere and the pool is perfect for any age. When we arrrived there was a huge line (it was Hell Week in Gatlinburgh) but staff passed out waters and cookies to help with the wait. Pizza on site is really good and fast. The room was clean and location to down town was great. You really wouldn't want to walk as the road to the hotel is completely uphill but they have a trolley. The location is super close to the entrance to Smokey Mountain National Park which was a plus for us. "
