Cà dal Pum is located in the heart of Gozzano’s historic centre, just 2 km from the shores of picturesque Lake Orta and only 14 km from the shores of Lake Maggiore—an ideal location for those seeking a holiday filled with nature, relaxation, and outdoor activities. The area is perfect for lovers of hiking, biking, and lake holidays: in just a few minutes, you can reach scenic trails, quiet beaches, and charming villages like Orta San Giulio.
The recently renovated apartment spans 80 square metres on the ground floor and is designed to offer comfort and relaxation. It features two spacious bedrooms, one of which has a comfortable double sofa bed. Both are furnished with large closets. An ironing board and iron are also available for guests, which come in handy during longer stays.
The bright, fully equipped kitchen includes a dining table, a refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, and a smart TV with internet access—perfect for watching your favourite shows on Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, and other platforms using your personal accounts.
One of the highlights of the apartment is the long private balcony, overlooking the quiet inner courtyard: a perfect spot for having breakfast outdoors, reading a book, or enjoying a relaxing dinner.
All rooms are equipped with state-of-the-art air conditioning. The modern and comfortable bathroom features a spacious walk-in shower, a bidet, and—for stays of at least 3 nights—a washing machine. You can hang your laundry outside in the property’s courtyard, in a private and convenient area reserved for guests.
Upon request, a baby cot can be provided upon your arrival, included in the price.

You can conveniently park your car in Gozzano’s central square or in the car park right in front of the apartment. These are free on-street parking spots. Gozzano is a quiet town, so you can leave your car there with complete peace of mind.
If you’re travelling by bike, you can bring it inside the building and leave it in a private, secure courtyard. For those using an e-bike, a dedicated charging station is also available.
