Unser Haus befindet sich in einer gepflegten Wohngegend in Grabenstätt, Ortsteil Winkl. Anschluss an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sowie zum Chiemsee-Radweg haben Sie fußläufig ca. 200 m vom Haus entfernt. Mit dem Auto erreichen Sie uns schnell über die A 8, Ausfahrt Grabenstätt. Von hier sind Sie in ca. 10 Minuten am Chiemsee, in 20 Minuten in den Bergen, in 45 Minuten ins Skigebiet, in 45 Min. in Salzburg und in einer Stunde in München. Viele Freizeitangebote wie Wandern, Mountainbiken, Segeln, Reiten oder Paragliden befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Ebenso sind innerhalb einer halben Stunde drei wunderbare Golfplätze sowie zwei Segelflugplätze zu erreichen.
Herzlich willkommen in unserer schönen neuen Ferienwohnung! Die Wohnung wurde im Zuge der Gesamtsanierung des Hauses im Jahr 2018 neu renoviert und mit viel Liebe zum Detail ausgestattet. Sie befindet sich im Souterrain unseres privaten Wohnhauses mit direktem Zugang zum zauberhaften Garten. Von hier kann man auch einen Blick auf die Kampenwand und die umliegenden Berge erhaschen. Die Wohnung verfügt über zwei separate Schlafzimmer mit insgesamt 4 Betten, davon 1 Bett 1,40 m breit, ein Wohnzimmer mit TV, eine Küche mit komplett ausgestatteter Einbauküche und Essplatz, einem Bad mit Wanne und Dusche sowie einem separaten WC. Gerne stellen wir Bettwäsche und Handtücher sowie einen Fön und ein Bügeleisen zur Verfügung. Selbstverständlich gibt es auch einen WLAN-Anschluss mit kostenfreiem Gästezugang im Haus.
