This versatile holiday home is surrounded by beautiful nature and sits on a plot of around 30,000 m². It consists of two floors connected by external stairs. On the covered terrace in the courtyard, which is enclosed by glass walls, you will also find a wellness area with a wooden hot tub and sauna for 6 people, where you can give your body the gift of relaxation. There is also a barbecue with garden furniture, which is a must on holiday. There are also numerous entertaining leisure activities for children and adults on this estate. There are 300 metres of unpaved road from the main road to the house. Visit the Nikola Tesla Museum in Gospi, the Plitvice Lakes National Park, the longest zip line in Europe, the bear sanctuary in Kuterevo and the caves in Cerovac.
