"We loved our stay at the Hotel Vier Jahreszeiten Kempinski München. Hotel is in a prime location with many shopping and restaurant options. Hotel and amenities are five star. Breakfast is an experience I would not pass up. Hotel staff helped however they could. Very helpful and accommodating. Room was quite spacious with an excellent shower. Highly recommend. "This property was excellent. Rooms were spacious and clean. Staff was friendly and accommodated early check in free of charge after a long travel day. I’d highly recommend it. It is especially convenient if doing day trips because the central bus station is steps away and the central train station is also a short walk. The one odd design feature in this room is the floor to ceiling window on the side of the shower facing the rest of the room. It might work well for couples but with the lights on you can see the form of others in the shower through the opaque glass - a bit weird for friends travelling together. There was an odd situation when checking out where reception told us we owed €64 in extra charges but we never ate in the restaurant or made use of the mini-bar. On explaining this to her, she politely advised that the charge would be removed from our account. She couldn’t even identify what those charges were supposedly for. I point these small things out but they were inconsequential in the greater scheme of things. I’d 1000% advise others to stay here when visiting Munich. "
