O quarto 203 onde ficamos tem um espaço muito bom, fica a dica apenas do ar condicionado que parece estar com um ruído estranho e da luminária de cabeceira (perto do ar condicionado que esta com a cúpula solta), o que realmente incomodou foi o barulho no andar de cima logo cedo da manha, aparentemente ali é uma área técnica e arrastam objetos no piso

Estávamos com um bebê e fomos colocados em uma espécie de anexo do prédio, ao entrar na recepção do hotel tínhamos que descer em um elevador, descer uma escada, andar por uma passarela e depois subíamos em outro elevador para só então chegar no quarto! Café da manhã sem inovações, td dia a mesma coisa, deixou a desejar! O serviço de quarto era só a tarde, qnd voltávamos para o hotel para meu bebe dormir (sendo assim, em td a nossa estadia - 6 dias, praticamente nao houve serviço de quarto) Estacionamento caríssimo, ainda bem q conseguimos estacionar nos arredores do hotel!

Excelente equipe de atendimento. Café da manhã muito bom e completo. O quarto tem um bom tamanho. Só tenho a reclamar da faxina. A faxineira apenas troca toalhas e forra a cama. Não fazia uma limpeza pra deixar o banheiro e quarto com cheirinho de limpeza. Já o quarto que minha filha ocupou, o banheiro ainda usava cortinas de plástico e também não era limpo. Em questão de faxina e limpeza deixa muito a desejar.

Destaque são os funcionários bem atenciosos, café da manha bom, piscina climatizada e o SPA é top! Único ponto de estresse e melhoria é o serviço de quarto, a limpeza é somente a remoção do lixo e dobra dos lençóis de forma bem mais ou menos, e não varrem o chão, então a dica é levar uma vassoura (embaixo da cama tinha tanto pó, que acho que há meses não ninguém passa um pano).

Excelente experiência. Gostei muito da recepção e da gentileza de toda a equipe. O café da manhã é bem diversificado, com vários doces, frutas, sucos, café, queijos e geleias. Estava tudo delicioso. Destaco a alegria e simpatia da cozinheira e do rapaz do restaurante do café, que tornaram a experiência ainda mais agradável. O espaço do hotel é enorme, a piscina é muito boa e a sauna foi uma experiência incrível, especialmente por ter sido a minha primeira vez. Fiquei encantada com a arquitetura do hotel; pessoalmente é ainda mais bonito. O quarto é espaçoso, e o ambiente transmite calma, segurança e tranquilidade. Uma estadia que realmente valeu a pena.
