The hotel was in a good location, not too far of a walk to most areas of interest, very close to train station. There was some good dining in the area, and access to taxi to get around. The staff at the hotel seemed interested in helping with accommodations and for submitting dinning and shopping options. Luca at the front desk exceeded our expectations in every way, such a great attitude and very pleasant. We would stay there again for the location, rooms seemed a little small.

Property is new so there was some inconsistency. Room was not clean when we arrived and we had to have them come back in to clean properly. Design of Hotel is modern and fun for interiors and entry area. Pool area was a little too busy for my liking and seemed very crowded and service poor. Restaurants on site were good.
