Great host
After dealing with flight delays, Pedro was extremely helpful in getting us settled into this luxury apartment in Las Palmas. He was also kind enough to provide some initial groceries and supplies to make us feel at home. The underground parking was convenient and the apartment was clean and in great shape with lots of high tech amenities. Location is convenient to beach, grocery stores and dining. Great experience overall, and Pedro was a great host.

As good as I hoped
Pedro the owner was a friendly and gracious host - he met us close to midnight (late flight) and gave us a full tour The apartment is fantastic - quiet and spacious with no end of luxuries - the kitchen as all you need to cook and is spotlessly clean - you won't need to bring dishwasher tablets or washing machine capsules as that's all provided - everything you need right down to beers in one of the two huge the fridge freezers (yup - even ice is provided in the freezers! ) The TV has Netflix and cable, there is aircon everywhere and the beds are comfortable - electric roll down shutters make it nice and dark for sleeping The weather in the North of the island can be varied so it was brilliant to have such a fantastic apartment in which to wait out the rain As for location - its about 7 minutes walk to Las Canteras beach (great for surfing) on a quiet street with a school opposite - no noise issues there - the entrance is elsewhere There is a full size Spar one block away and some great restaurants and bars nearby that aren't too pricy as they're more for locals - search out the amazing steak place if you can Thank you Pedro for such an amazing stay - the apartment and your welcome and ready availability on Whatsapp really made the trip special

Amazing location wonderful host and apartment
Lovely apartment! Pedro is a wonderful host, who kindly bought some emergency supplies when we got there and also booked and waited for the taxi while we were getting ready to leave. The apartment is located in a great location easy access to shops, beach and restaurant. We had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable, kids loved the big bath with the jets. Thank you Pedro will definitely book again soon.

Exquisite accommodations in excellent location!
Every detail of this fully equipped, modern, 3 bed and 3 bath apartment is spectacular! It is a short walk to the markets, and to the beaches. Pedro, the owner is most gracious and helpful in every way. On the day we were leaving, he kindly and quickly called a taxi for us when the one we had hired didn’t show up. We had a very enjoyable stay in this lovely, clean apartment!

The apartment was everything we hoped it would be and Pedro the owner was very welcoming. The location was central for the beach, restaurants, cafes, museums and the bus station from where you can travel to the major tourist areas. We had a great stay at this apartment and would highly recommend it.

The host is very friendly, communication before arrival was excellent, the propery is like 5*hotel - spacious, excellent lication, equipment, style , cleaness, looks to be very new and built directly for the host own life not for a rental business. This is what I highly appeciate and value the most. Thank you Pedro that you accommodated us in your home ...I will stop searching for anythig else in GC ...we will come again. 😄

Easy access to beach
Just returned from one week stay in this apartment and was really pleased with accommodation. A very warm welcome from Pedro who showed us round and also left some food items to get us started. The apartment is extremely well furnished and spacious . Everything you could possibly need was provided. Location excellent for restaurants and local transport would highly recommend Clandestino Restaurant 5mins away which was superb.

Great location, lovely apartment, perfect host
Lovely, bright, clean, spacious apartment in a great location. The kitchen in the apartment was very well equipt and the master bedrron and ensuite bathroom were particularly gorgeous. There is a lift up to the apartment. Pedro was a great host, and could advise on restaurants. We should have booked two weeks not one! We would definitely stay here again.

"VERY COMFORTABLE"
We stayed the Week starting on April 9. Pedro's apartment can be described as total class. It's VERY comfortable- quite- ultra clean and state of the art modern. All the conveniences you will need are available in the apartment. It is centrally located near all. I will be returning as soon as I can to stay here. One week was too short. Apparemment spacieux avec toutes les commodités possibles. Le propriétaire à même prévu des serviettes pour la plage. Accès facile en voiture (avec le GPS bien sûr) garage sous terrain privatif. Die Wohnung ist genau wie online beschrieben. Der Vermieter hat uns persönlich empfangen und uns alle Details über die Wohnung gezeigt. Er hat sogar für uns Wasser und ein paar Lebensmittel besorgt. Super aufmerksam und gastfreundlich! In den 14 Tagen haben wir es richtig genossen, es war rundum ein super schöner Aufenthalt. Vielen Dank! Pedro.

Luxuswohnung mitten im canarischen Leben und Strandnähe
Wir, ein Ehepaar im Alter von 68 Jahren, waren bereits zum viertel Mal in Las Palmas um Urlaub zu machen. Die Beschreibung von Petros Wohnung war zu 100% genau und die Sauberkeit sowie die Ausstattung hervorragend. Was wir sehr angenehm empfunden haben war die persönliche Begrüßung wie auch die Verabschiedung durch Petro. Er nahm sich auch viel Zeit für die Erklärung der Geräte sowie der technischen Einrichtung und gab uns interessante Tipps für Shoppen, Essen und Ausflüge. Man fühlte sich geborgen und angekommen. Die Lage der Wohnung ist mitten im Leben von Las Palmas. Wir wollten das und haben so Land und Leute kennen und lieben gelernt. Auch der Strand La Canteras ist fußläufig in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Gerne wieder.

Wir haben uns in dieser Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Besonders in der 2. Woche, in der wir wegen der Coronapandemie an die Wohnung gefesselt waren, haben wir die großzügigen Räumlichkeiten sehr zu schätzen gewusst. Auch die frische Luft auf dem nett eingerichteten Balkon hat uns dabei geholfen.

Fantastic stay in Las Palmas
We spent some days in this fantastic appartment in Las Palmas. From there we could visit the city and the most emblematic beaches and villages of Gran Canaria. The appartment is very clean and furnished with all kind of detail having superior quality standards. The parking is very convenient and the connection to the motorway is very close. The appartment is perfectly located very close to the Canteras beach, good Restaurants, parks and Shopping Centers. The appartment fits 100% the web description and it is in a perfect state. Additionally to this Pedro is a great host: reliable, punctual and giving all kind of tips making the stay very pleasant.For sure we will rent this property again in our next stay in Las Palmas and highly recommend it to our family and friends interested in visiting this nice Canary island. Appartement en centre ville, avec sa place de parking au sous-sol, parfait sur tous les plans. Très propre, Immense, bien agencé avec tous ses commodités, (un four à micro ondes pour parfaire la dotation et il ne manquera plus rien ) et une literie irréprochable. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cet appartement très confortable où chacun peut avoir son intimité. Tout est magnifique et impeccable. Très bien situé par rapport à la grande et belle plage. Le parking a disposition permet de louer une voiture pour les déplacements à la découverte de Triana et de l'île en général.

Ha sido una gran elección. Es un duplex super equipado con elementos de calidad y mucha tecnología. No le falta detalle y está impecable, perfecto para disfrutar con todas las comodidades. Está muy bien situado en centro de Las Palmas, la playa está al lado también. Todo lo que puedas necesitar, playa, compras, restaurantes... está a 5 minutos andando. Pedro fue muy amable, nos explicó todos los detalles de la casa y la zona y nos dio muchas recomendaciones. Muchas gracias por todo Pedro, estamos deseando volver!

Most luxury apartment i ever stay at
This apartement is amazing from the steam sauna to the coffee machine and everything in between as two jacuzzis, Wifi, Channel tv with 4 remote controls, electric sofa, you name it. Pedro as the owner waited for us and had even bought some food for us when we came in the middle of the night. 5 minutes walk to Cortez Ingles in center city and 5 minutes walk to Las Canteras. Exquisites Apartment im Zentrum von Las Palmas
Wir waren total begeistert und rundherum zufrieden! Das großzügige Apartment ist sehr hochwertig und modern eingerichtet und mit vielen technischen Raffinessen ausgestattet, es fehlt wirklich an gar nichts. Das Apartment wurde wöchentlich gründlich gereinigt und Bettwäsche sowie Handtücher gewechselt, was sehr angenehm war. Zentral gelegen sind es zu Fuß nur wenige Minuten zum Playa Las Canteras und man ist umgeben von zahlreichen Tapas-Bars und sehr guten Restaurants. Ein großer Supermarkt liegt um die Ecke und bietet alles, um sich selbst zu versorgen, was angesichts der tollen Küche richtig Spass macht. Abseits vom Massentourismus im Süden kann man hier Gran Canaria von seiner spanischen Seite wunderbar entdecken. Die schönsten Sehenswürdigkeiten der Insel erreicht man mit dem Auto in kurzer Zeit, so auch die sagenhaften Dünen in Maspalomas und den wohl bekanntesten Strand Playa del Ingles. Der Gastgeber Pedro erfreut mit einem herzlichen Empfang und gibt zahlreiche Tipps für Las Palmas und den Rest der Insel. Es hat alles wunderbar geklappt und wir haben einen traumhaften Urlaub verbracht. Die luxuriöse Unterkunft ist ohne Einschränkungen absolut zu empfehlen und besonders auch für Familien bestens geeignet.

sehr gute Ferienwohnung mit hochwertiger, kompletter Ausstattung in sehr guter Lage in Las Palmas
Die Wohnung hält alles, was sie verspricht und noch ein wenig mehr! Neben der durchweg hochwertigen Ausstattung und den modernen technischen Geräten ist der zur Wohnung gehörige Tiefgaragenplatz ein sehr großer Vorteil. Die Lage direkt in Las Palmas ist ideal sowohl für Strand- und Restaurantbesuche als auch zum Einkaufen - alles sehr gut fußläufig zu erreichen.
