Privelege suits are worth every cent.
I upgraded to the privilege suites . They were so spacious and clean the balcony was the size of some of the rooms and was looking onto the main pools. Aircon was good. Don't believe all the reviews about the food. I found it a great selection and not repetitive at all. All in all i will recommend to everyone and will be back again.

Staff are very accommodating and the amenities were good for kids. However the dining buffet were quite noisy but food are good. And it’s nice that you got two restaurants you can booked for quite evening Meal.

Never stayed in a 4 star hotel before , my wife , young daughter and myself went full board , and one word to sum up the experience, IMPRESSIVE we won't have any hesitation returning to this wonderful hotel , the food was exceptional and the staff very friendly. Highly recommend

Nicest hotel I've stayed in for holidays ever. Staff were courteous, room was very clean, spacious and comfortable. The hotel is very plush and elegant and beautifully decorated for Christmas.

This is not a 4-star hotel. Maybe 3.. Mold in the bathrooms. Bland food. Bait and switch. Charges for extras like WiFi, room safes, etc. Pool was decent.

Nice hotel with good amenities to relax
We have really enjoyed the allinclusive offer. Most of the staff was friendly and corteous, the daily animations were fun and the evening programmes were also cool.

Nice appearance
Lovely hotel and the surroundings are lovely. Four pools but they could have done with having a slide in the pool for the kids. Didn't really see the animation team coming around to get guest involved in activities during the day. Kids club could be longer only 2 hrs in the morning and afternoon. My some enjoyed the football that was organised though. Hotel staff were pleasent

Experience not bad, I suppose ok.
Restaurant was like a cattle market. Very average breakfast. Poor quality food. Long Queuing for eggs, juices & tea/coffee machines & toasting machines, making the experience very frustrating. Table service for taking away used plates etc was very poor too.

Hotel was fabulous, brillant pools, amazing grounds went half-board,food was superb, great entertainment in the evening and lovely relaxed piano bar.

De zone 18 was zeer net en rustig. Eten was zeer uitgebreid. Alleen in het grote restaurant ontbrak het aan een goede leiding soms. En dat voelde je dan ook aan het personeel.

Fantastisch hotel, voor mensen die altijd wat te zeuren hebben is dit verblijf geen optie. Iets verder van het strand gelegen dus fijn voor dikke mensen om toch nog wat te bewegen. Volgend jaar zeker terug!

Hienohko, iso hotelli rauhallisella alueella. Huoneissa alkaa olla kulumisen merkkejä. Paljon altailla, mutta suurin osa ei lämmitettyjä. Ruoat toistavat samaa kaavaa. Mutta ei noilta All Incl. hotelleilta liikoja kannata odottaakaan. Hotelli sijaitsee kaukana kaikesta. 2km säteellä ei ole oikein mitään. Lapsiperheille loistokohde. Tosin löytyy pieni K18 aluekin jossa lämmitetty allas ja oma baari.

Bra poolområde!
Bra hotell med härligt poolområde som är fantastiskt för barn men grannhotellet (Tabaiba) har mycket bättre och fräschare rum! Vi blev tyvärr matförgiftade i Food Market en av de första kvällarna men i övrigt hade vi det bra!

Stort hotell med mange bassenger/sklier etc.
Stort hotell, mange fasiliteter ifa. flere bassenger, uteområder, restauranter etc. Mange gjester og derfor mye bråk/dårlig akustikk i matsalen. Tar ca 20-25 minutter å gå til stranden. Lite som skjer utenfor hotellets område.

La limpieza, personal e instalaciones son impecables, la comida muy bien cocinada no es que hubiese mucha variedad donde elegir que digamos, sobre todo en los desayunos no hay apenas bolleria por ejemplo y los menus estan diseñados para los turistas extrangeros principalmente, en regimen TI es de los pocos sitios que incluyen bebidas de marcas conocidas sin ser un TI premium.
