Exclusive two bedroom, two bathroom flat in the heart of Granada.

Al in the flat, you will find the spacious and bright living room furnished with two generously sized sofas, ideal for relaxing after a day exploring the city or enjoying the 54-inch Smart TV. The dining area, harmoniously integrated into the space, offers a table with comfortable chairs to enjoy a pleasant evening.

The kitchen, located just off the entrance, has been completely refurbished to include state-of-the-art appliances and all the necessary equipment to make your stay as comfortable as at home.

To the left of the living room is the first of the bedrooms, with two comfortable 90x200 cm beds, promising a restful night’s sleep. Next to it is a spacious bathroom equipped with all the amenities you need to revitalise yourself after a day of adventures.
The master bedroom features a 150x200cm bed, as well as a comfortable en-suite bathroom and an en-suite dressing room, providing the ultimate in privacy and luxury.

Located in a privileged position, this flat is the ideal starting point for exploring Granada. Just a short walk from the Cathedral and the monumental area, its location allows you to immerse yourself in the rich history and culture of the city. In addition, the area is full of shops, bars and restaurants, offering a complete urban experience.
