  • The ecoSmart apartments are the only ones in the centre of Granada that have a swimming pool, a terrace with views and a private parking (€ 20 / day). They are completely new constructed with the latest technologies. You will have the Gran Vía just 500 metres away as well as the Alhambra. Despite being in the centre of Granada you will not feel any noise since we are located in a very quiet area and we also have the best possible insulation such as triple glass windows.

wonderful apartment and owner

This apartment was wonderfully furnished and equipped in a terrific location. All features of the apartment were described in great detail in the instruction manual. Hans is an incredible host and was always available if we had questions or needed any additional supplies.
