The location of the hotel is excellent as it is city center ans easy to get to everything. The room was beautiful and spacious and the bed was big and comfortable. Staff is very nice and helpful. The only downside is that right across from the hotel are 2 empty commercial locations that unfortunately have been graffitied and takes away from the beauty of the area.

Nice hotel, have to buzz everytime you want to get in! Rooms are clean but noisy from outside as near a square. Air conditioning works well although it blows onto you when in bed!

Great location for walking around central area. Ice cream shop within 20 second walk was fab . Staff were super friendly and helpful, and helped book a vegetarian restaurant Hicuri for us. Hicuri was excellent and bars in that area were also fun to try out.

Great location to everything! Showed up early thinking I would just drop off my bags and go walk around until check in time, but they had my room ready and gladly checked me in early. It's right next to the famous cathedral, indoor market, lots of cages, and the best Italian I've cream place called Grillo. Bus stops 5 minutes from the hotel. Would stay at this hotel in a heartbeat!

Lovely hotel. Centrally located on a little square (Plaza had 2 ice-cream parlours!). Hotel staff were lovely and Concierge knew the city offering helpful recommendations. Breakfast was definitely worth it too and the perfect way to start the day. V happy.

It’s in the heart of the town, close to restaurants and shops.A bit of an up hill walk to the Alhambra, but enjoyable, as the streets are all narrow and winding.
