WG Apartment of 112 square meters, decorated and furnished in luxury, located in the historic center, next to the Cathedral, very spacious, comfortable and fully equipped. (FREE WIFI), located on a third floor with elevator, so it is very sunny and bright.
In a short walk you can visit all areas of tourist interest (Albaicín, Alhambra, Capilla Real ...), and the commercial area of Granada, without the need for public transport or vehicle.
(SOUNDPROOF) For those who go to bed soon, and although the apartment is on a pedestrian street and quite quiet, special anti-noise glass windows have been placed in the bedrooms in 2018, and so that the rest is perfect all the windows They have blackout blinds.

It has two bathrooms, a large one inserted in the master bedroom, with a very large shower where two people can shower, and perfect for those who have mobility problems, and another small and flirty, although with a small bathtub, located next to it .

It has two bathrooms, a large one inserted in the master bedroom, with a very large shower where two people can shower, and perfect for those with mobility problems, and another small and flirtatious one, although with a small bathtub, located next to it .
There are many tapas bars, restaurants and shops in a neighborhood full of life, bohemian and the most beautiful in Granada.
The apartment is located on the third floor with an elevator (although there are five stairs on the landing to access it), and it is very sunny and quiet.
There is parking available if you need it. Price € 3 per day, so you can leave your vehicle and explore Granada on foot. It is a new and guarded public parking lot, with large parking spaces for any type of vehicle.
As for cleaning, you will find the apartment spotless upon arrival. I directly manage the apartment and take care of cleaning and maintenance. In addition, this apartment has a tourism registration number, (unlike many others), which means that I pay taxes. If the registration number does not appear in the announcement of an apartment that interests you, it is probably an illegal apartment (please do not support the fraudster).

What a lovely flat and so central for everything in Garnada. The underground parking is just a few metres from the front door and super secure. Our hosts were perfect giving free clear instructions before arrival and being where they said they would be when we arrived. We definitely recommend this property for a holiday in Grenada. The town is full of restaurants so don’t limit yourself to the options that our hosts suggested!!
The host met us at check-in and could not have been more gracious and helpful. She offered us a map of the area along with helpful information about sites and restaurants. The apartment was clean, well appointed, and was in a close to everything location. I would definitely rent this property again when in Granada.

We had a 2 night stay in Granada. The apartment was immaculate. Great location! A 3 minute walk to the Cathedral, market at the end of the block, terrific restaurant for breakfast almost next door. The hosts supplied us with touring tips, breakast, lunch, and dinner suggestions - all within walking distance of this apt in the historic district. Highly recommend!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about the apartment and Concepcion as a host. She met us at the apt and reviewed all we needed to know. A added bonus-she gave us so many recommendations for eating, shopping, and more. The apartment is well appointed with everything you need for kitchen, bath, and sleep, including iron and hair dryer. The air conditioning was so welcome after hot days sightseeing.
Don’t miss the opportunity to stay in a super clean, cozy and great location while in Granada. You are just 1/2 block to the Cathedral. There are at least 4 restaurants right under your apartment. Great parking on premises. Washing machine inside your apartment. Totally surrounded with restaurants, tapa bars, shopping etc. GREAT hosts ! Conception and Juan. Extremely helpful. Don’t think about it twice. We will definitely comeback again.
Our host, Concepcion and his wife were in touch with us 2days prior to our arrival. They greeted us personally and made sure we knew how to operate all the appliances. They had a map at the ready to teach us the best ways to get around. They gave us great recommendations for restaurants.
The apartment was well stocked with cooking supplies and seasonings. There was detergent for the clothes. The space is huge and had lots of natural light and a balcony you can sit on.
We cannot say enough about our host. There was a small radiator leak the first night and he came the next morning to make the repairs.
This lovely apartment is thoughtfully decorated and outfitted, and has lots of natural light. It was quiet, but just a couple of blocks from the busy “Gran Via”. The hosts met us right on time. They were delightful people and checked in by text mid-stay to make sure everything was ok with the apartment. They offered to arrange taxis if needed. They are the kind of people that we would want as friends, if they were in our neighborhood.
There is a nice little bar next door for a coffee and breakfast treat, and the apartment is an easy walk from the Albaicín and most sites. We were feeling lazy so caught a taxi to the Alhambra (uphill), but walked back. The cathedral is very near, and its belltower can be seen from the bedroom windows.
There are many restaurants, bars, and lively plazas in the neighborhood.
The train station is walkable, but we took a 6€ taxi. The bus station is too far to walk (we left by bus) but buses and taxis to the station are plentiful.
If we return to Granada, we will definitely stay here again.
The apartment was spacious and furnished in an adequate way - all the necessary furniture and equipment was present. Most was of a basic standard.
The windows of the property were all on the same side of the building.
One bathroom was much bigger than the other. The apartment was clean. The joint of the tiles and floor in the shower cubicle was discoloured. The radiator in the smaller bathroom was not as clean as the other radiators in the property.
The tiny containers of shower gel and shampoo felt a bit mean.
The linen was ok; the bed linen was quite thin. The towels were reasonable.
The apartment was in an area where graffiti artists had struck. There is a cafe/restaurant at ground level, underneath the apartment (which is on the 3rd floor). The underground car park is also in this area.
We enjoyed the bars and cafes which were within 5 minutes walking distance of the apartment. Generally, it was a good area to be located; it felt fairly local and buzzy but was in close proximity to the historic areas of Malaga and the commercial area.
The owners of the property were extremely responsive and check in & out was very smooth.
We had a wonderful stay here. It is spacious, clean, located walking distance from everything. The hosts are wonderful and easy to communicate with. Would love to come back!
Rainy night on arrival and host waited for us outside in rain. That’s above and beyond. Flat is modern and well equipped. Probably the nicest VRBO property o have ever stayed in.

The property is spacious, attractive, beautifully clean and well equipped. There is a lift up to the third floor. Our hosts could not have been more helpful, especially with the difficulties with parking in Granada. They contacted us with hints about what was on in the city etc. There was some street noise, to be expected in a busy, old city on the weekend of the Catalan referendum, but closing the shutters and air con worked for us. A very enjoyable stay in a fab city.

Concepción y Juan muy amables y atentos a los detalles. El apartamento queda muy cerca a la catedral que es hermosa y vale la pena visitar. En el vecindario hay numerosos restaurantes. La Alhambra es a distancia caminable. El apartamento cuenta con parqueadero en un sótano muy cercano. Lo encontramos limpio y con todo lo necesario para una estadía muy agradable. We loved the property and had a fantastic 4 nights in Granada. The location made the stay special - just a few minutes walk from the cathedral with the Alhambra and the Albacin area within half an hour's walk. So many pretty squares with bars and restaurants right on the doorstep. Concepcion and Juan met us at the carpark and recommended local places. The free car parking very close by was a bonus in Granada. Thanks for a lovely stay
Wirklich eine schöne Wohnung, die der Beschreibung entspricht.
Für 2 Personen fast zu gross. Mit 4 Personen gut bewohnbar.
Die Klimaanlage war auch im September noch sehr nötig und hielt, was sie versprach.
Die Mankos sind "Jammern auf hohem Niveau":
Das Wasser im 2. Bad lief in der Dusche dort nicht schnell genug ab, so daß es zur Überschwemmung kam.
Die grosse Dusche hingegen war super toll!
Offensichtlich kocht in Granada kaum jemand zu Hause, da alle Essen gehen. Die Küche war schön gross, hatte jedoch einen schmalen Geschirrspüler, der für uns beide gut ausgereicht hatte, bei 4 Personen jedoch an die Grenzen gekommen wäre. Leider befanden sich zwar eine Kaffeemaschine und eine Kapselmaschine und auch ein Vorrat Kaffekapseln vor Ort, außer Salz gab es aber weder Pfeffer noch andere Küchenkräuter.
Aber dies alles ist nicht relevant, wenn man dem reichhaltigen Angebot in Bars und Restaurants mit ortsüblicher Küche den Vorang gibt vor dem eigenen Kochen.
Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und haben uns bei unserer Suche nach für Vegetarier geeigneten Restaurants mit Verwunderung aber großartig unterstützt. Auch der Tip mit dem Taxistand um 7:30, um pünktlich zur Alhambra zu kommen, war Gold wert.
Zur Lage: wirklich mitten im spanischen Leben...
Ohne die zweite Lage Doppelglasfenster, um die Straßengeräusche draußen zu halten, wäre diese Wohnung für uns jedoch nicht annehmbar gewesen.
Die Vermieter hatten einen naheliegenden Parkplatz versprochen und gehalten. Direkt auf der anderen Straßenseite konnten wir den Mietwagen in einer Tiefgarage sicher abstellen. Kleiner Tip: Für Andalusien braucht man kleine Autos mit nicht zu wenig PS wegen der Steigungen und der schmalen Straßen!

The apartment was perfect. In the perfect part of town. The hosts were perfect. The checkin and checkout - perfection. Beds are comfortable. Kitchen is large and very functional. The showers in the apt are the best we have found so far on this trip. Concepción and Juan have a jewel here and are so eager to share all the special parts of Grenada with their guests. Honestly there are not enough stars here for them. They are A+++. If we come back to Spain and Grenada I will hopeful that this apartment is still available.
