On the main floor you’ll find a bright living room with exterior windows overlooking a charming interior courtyard, and a brand-new kitchen fitted with state-of-the-art appliances. There are two exterior bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two twins, and a shower room, plus an additional full bathroom.

Ascend to the tower level to discover the third bedroom, featuring two single beds and the option to add a rollaway for maximum capacity. This elevated space guarantees privacy and serenity.

Located just steps from the popular Calle Navas and within easy walking distance of Granada’s top landmarks, this duplex penthouse immerses you in local life and offers the perfect base for exploring the city on foot.

The booking of each Genteel Home accommodation includes the offer of extra experiences or activities to improve your experience, which are managed by external providers, who will inform you by e-mail or Whats App, and you can contract or refuse them. Great location in Granada

We enjoyed the great location in Granada near the Cathedral, with great bars and restaurants nearby. The apartment is nicely decorated and kitchen was clean and well equipped. The of layout of the rooms was a little strange with one bedroom up a flight of stairs. Only complaints: bedroom door couldn’t close and tv remote didn’t work.

El apartamento está muy bien situado. Es amplio y bien iluminado, la única pega es el ruido ya que no está muy bien aislado. Tiene todo lo necesario para la estancia!

Nice at first glance

The place was nice at first glance but there were many issues, including two broken showers, a broken bed, and a faulty couch leg. The power went out once and the property manager was very intense about noise, yet did not alert my group about the construction happening early in the morning right next door.

Hermoso Apartamento.

Es un espacio muy agradable en un edificio muy bien localizado en el centro de Granada. Pudimos dejar el coche y movernos caminando y en autobús. Algún inconveniente fue que el sillón tenía una pata rota y tuvimos que solucionarlo para poder sentarnos. Sugiero esta casa para un máximo de 6 o 7 personas, ya que nosotros éramos 6 adultos con 2 niños y el espacio no era tan cómodo para dormir ya todos. La atención fue muy buena al check in nos ayudaron para dejar las maletas mientras visitábamos la Alhambra en el check out, realmente pasamos unos días muy especiales y recomendamos este apartamento 100%
