  • Precious and luminous apartment in the heart of the city, located in Trinidad Square, surrounded by monuments, bars, restaurants, shops and car parks, which will make your visit to the city a comfortable and easy experience.



    The apartment is located in a recently restored early century building, sober and elegant, with all possible amenities, communal swimming pool and lift. (there are stairs to reach the lift). On the building's rooftop you can enjoy one of the only 360º views of Granada (Sierra Nevada, Alhambra, Cathedral and Sacromonte) while enjoying a relaxing swim in the communal swimming pool (open all year round, from 09:00 - 21:00). To access said rooftop, you must climb a small flight of stairs.



    This spectacular apartment combines spaciousness, natural light and an elegant design to offer a unique experience. Its entrance and living room, spacious and tastefully decorated, create a cosy and modern atmosphere from the very first moment. The fully equipped kitchen is ideal for enjoying meals or a coffee while contemplating the surroundings.



    The accommodation features a comfortable double bed and a practical sofa bed, as well as a carefully designed bathroom. But the true charm lies in its private terrace: equipped with two sun loungers and a small pool, it is the perfect place to relax, enjoy the sun and contemplate the surroundings in total tranquillity. To complete the experience, the terrace has an outdoor table to enjoy an intimate corner from where to admire the views, enjoy a good breakfast and connect with the atmosphere of Granada.
