This is the perfect holiday rental apartment. It was immaculately clean, comfortably furnished, spacious, very conveniently located within El Medano and also had private underground parking. I would definitely book this apartment again in future and I would highly recommend it to others.

Lovely holiday

This property was clean, bright and well equipped within an easy 10 minute walk from the centre of El Medano and 3-4 minutes to the beach. It was exceptionally handy to have a garage space for our rental car as well as the use of the swimming pool. It wasn't a real issue but with the main bedroom being on the road side of the building, it got a little bit noisy from about 7am. The Property Manager spoke English, was very communicative and helpful which made arrival and departure easy.

Apartamento completo en ubicación ideal

Pros: El apartamento cuenta con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días en familia. El edificio está muy bien cuidado, nuevo y limpio. La piscina es grande y también está siempre limpia. La ubicación es ideal porque no se encuentra en medio de todo el ajetreo pero está a dos calles andando de todo lo necesario. La comunicación con la anfitriona fue perfecta, muy amable.
