This is a brand-new ski in- ski out townhome just steps from the base lodge and lifts at Granby Ranch. Enjoy all the slope side amenities Granby Ranch has to offer in the Winter or the golfing, fishing, and hiking in the Summer! This home is also a great base for Winter Park Ski Resort, Rocky Mountain National Park, or Grand Lake! Granby Condo

This property is a great location for skiing at Granby with just a short walk to the main lift. Townhouse was clean, had a well stocked kitchen and toys and games for kids. We enjoyed our stay!

Fantastic Property

This is a fantastic property. It is very clean and spacious. The only reason I gave 4 stars on listing is because it says it has air conditioning. It has lots of ceiling fans but no air conditioning. Other than that, it is a great property.

Not ski in ski out

We recently stayed at the property during Mardi Gras week. The property was nice but it was not ski in ski out as advertised. I had even messaged the property management group and they informed me that is was a “30 second” walk to the lift. Come to find out, there was no lift behind the property and the walk was about 7-10 minutes, which wasn’t terrible.
