Villa Angellay is located in the north of the island, 10 minutes' walk from a typically Mauritian beach (Pereybère beach) and not far from the center of Grand Baie (shopping center, activities / outings, banks, etc.). With its 200 m² on two floors and its private swimming pool out of sight, it offers the best of modern comfort. The villa has 6 double air-conditioned bedrooms, a bathroom with Italian shower on each floor, as well as 2 large terraces. The living room and kitchen open onto a large veranda overlooking the pool.

Recently built (2017), household appliances, furniture and bedding.
Its garden and private pool is a rare feature in this northern part of the island. You can enjoy a quiet view of the greenery and the swimming pool from the veranda. Very spacious accommodation at a low price!
