Really enjoyed my stay here. The room was super clean, the bedding was fresh, and the bathroom was surprisingly big and spotless. Staff were friendly and helpful, which made things really easy. The wellness area was a nice touch ā€” great spot to relax. Plus, the amenities were solid and made the stay even more comfortable. Would definitely come back!

Very average stay, nothing remarkable. Restaurant was ok very reasonable for the price. Pool was a good size. Staff were all friendly and efficient. Breakfast buffet had a good selection. Would stay here again in a pinch, but it was a bit far from where I needed to be.

We had a tricky start to our stay, as the doors to the shower room were see through, the bed area was directly opposite & I was travelling with my 15 year old son. We did mention to the staff & they kindly moved us to another room where the doors were frosted & no longer directly where you sit & offered us complimentary breakfast. They were very polite & helpful. Would absolutely visit again. The beds are also like a bed from home for us, and I havenā€™t found comfort like that anywhere whilst travelling.

The decor, cleanliness, facilities and staff were all excellent. I found it to be really good value for money. The only thing I would say is the breakfasts seemed a bit steep but we chose to eat breakfast elsewhere so wasn't a problem. We'd definitely stay here again!!

Great location - less than 10 mins to tram

Great location. Short walk to tram straight into Dam Square and Central. Hotel had a Nice bar area with fab view. DJ was disappointing but everything else was faultless.

The tv did not work the entire stay even after they tried to fix it twice. They only offered me free drinks to make up for this but I am donā€™t drink and so donā€™t a lot of people so this was kind of in bad taste. The beds are super hard and not comfortable. Not a good investment for the money.

Room was okay. Wasnā€™t hoovered properly though day to day and as still dirt on floor. Didnā€™t get sauna because you had to be naked!!!!???!!!!! Swimming pool was full non stop so couldnā€™t use that to actually swim either, these were the main two things booked hotel for. Close to airport and hour walk from dam central so was good location. Restraunt was DELICIOUS!!! And very affordable.
