J'ai été très bien reçu par Anita et Sylvain, qui se sont montrés arrangeants, sympathiques et agréables. Un grand merci pour votre accueil. "I would like to say that I am disappointed with the quality of some things in our stay. This is the most expensive accommodation so far in Reunion but with the poorest facilities. On the plus side you service has been attentive and you have tried to accommodate the fact my wife does not drink alcohol and is pescatarian. Thank you To list: 1) the fridge is broken 2) the WiFi does not work in the room, 3) the shower soap is empty on our 1st use in the shower 4) the menu on the web site in English offers a happy hour - there is no happy hour 5) the floor in the room is sticky and maybe not that clean 6) Our fondue dinner was not served with potatoes or salad but as we had no menu we did not realise until after our dinner. You did compensate by removing cost of 1 glass of wine. Thank you. Overall very disappointing. The hotel is not a spa and needs some more care and attention to bring it back to a **** Level. "
