"The Host was prompt in providing us with a nice summary sheet that contained very detailed information on the home. Reached out to us to let us know that she would be available to answer any of our questions. She said that she could give us additional info such as places to eat, and grocery shopping. We were very impressed with the host and how she had the home adorned with lots of special touches throughout to make us feel welcome. The home had a warm hospitality vibe. The towels were nicely arranged throughout the home, laundry baskets in each closet. The home was super clean, and adequately stocked with everything you could possibly need. Laundry on-site, and many small appliances available for your use. Loved that this was a pet-friendly home which was important factor on why we chose the home. The backyard was fenced in which allowed our dog a good play area while we soaked in the provided hot tub. Beautiful mountain scenery right outside our windows, along with a pond with ducks rounded out the special features of this home. This home was perfect for our needs, and the host did an extremely nice job in how nicely decorated and comfortable she made us feel. We were extremely impressed with everything, and enjoyed our stay."

"it is in a great location with easy access to Grand Lake and Winter Park. Clean and comfortable.Did not use Dishwasher as there was standing water and looked like one of the spray fans was broken. Reported problem and assume it will be fixed. Trash pick up could be better coordinated."

"The front desk is available 24/7. They were helpful with providing the room keys, directing me where to park, and answering any other questions I had.The unit had a gorgeous view of the mountains and was very comfortable."

"Thanks to the “hosts” of this beautiful, comfortable home. They have thought of everything you might need for the humans to our pets! Was very happy to find “guest” dog kennel and doggie beds in garage, dog bowls and potty bags”! Home was extremely clean and had all our family needed after long days of fishing. Kitchen is fully equipped, beds super comfy and very quiet neighborhood. Thank you! Will definitely stay again. "

"Amenities galore. High end cookware, comfortable beds. Nice linens and the view all the way around is lovely. Our party of 11 was comfortably spread out with much more room for more. The neighborhood has several rules that should be respected, so read the details before booking. The area has charming shops, restaurants and is a stones throw from even more. I couldn’t have asked for a more perfect location with a host who provided great communication. We will be back!"
