"The location and overall nature of the home was very nice. But... there are a lot of TLC things that need to be taken care of. To start with vacasa only allows access through the front door via a crummy e-lock. There were no instructions on how to operate it, other than punchig in a friggin 10 digit numerical code to enter. That is suuuuper annoying. They wont supply a key, or garage remotes for use once you're checked in. if you are spending a week - having access through the garage is handy. All the locks are inadequate for security. The door from the house to the garage is not lockeable without a key... which as previously stated, they won't give you access to the one in the lockbox on the front porch. This is a security issue, because the garbage company has access to the garage via the external keypad for trash collection. it's cool if the garbage man can access the garate via remote, and enter the unsecured garage, but the renter can't be trusted with the same. Almost all of the window screens were missing or are damaged. the house doesn't have AC.. so you can't cool the house without opening the windows. All the windows are cheap and the locks suck. They are tricky to operate The ceiling fans are inadequate, or in need of replacement. The master bedroom fan and light remote button face plate / labels are missing. The water trickles to stop from time to time at all hours for minutes. Dishwasher broke on us. no smoke detectors. permit is expired."

"We had a great stay! The property had so many amenities that I feel like the description didn’t mention, like racquet ball, pickle ball, and indoor and outdoor hot tubs. We loved that it was so pet friendly and we saw that many people staying had dogs. The only negative, is that we thought this was a ground floor unit as what is listed in the name but the unit is actually on the second floor. We try to book ground units so it’s easy to bring the dog in and out without having to bring him through common areas of the hotel which was a tad bummer. Another thing that wasn’t stated in the description if you have pets is that the front desk had us sign an agreement that all dogs left unattended have to be crated which wasn’t a problem for us, but could be for other guests. The WiFi/reception is spotty which the owner let us know before, it was fine for us and actually nice to “unplug” a little, but definitely something to consider for other guests. All this being said, it was the perfect spot for us and everything we needed. The unit was clean and comfy and we loved going in the hot tub after our days skiing at winter park. We would definitely recommend and will consider rebooking if we every do another getaway to granby! "

"What a great place to stay! We came up from here for the weekend, and now it is one of our favorite places to stay! Close to grocery store and restaurants, not too far from Winter Park. The property was beautiful, clean and lots of space. The views from the deck were amazing! Looking forward to coming back! "

"This property was amazing! We had plenty of room to gather with our family! The kids had plenty of room for playing, the adults had plenty of room to play cards and games! Making dinner in the kitchen was easy as there is plenty of counter space and room to have several people in the kitchen! The deck and Hot Tub were welcomed relaxing spots after hikes and fishing all day!! The host was very quick to respond with questions we had! We will definitely stay here again!!"
