Top Pioneer Village Museum Hotel Reviews
Canyon Motel
10/10 Excellent
"There's really no staff. There's was never anyone there. You get a message with your room number and code. The rooms are very clean and cute. Inside it feels like a cabin. You have everything you need. The only issue was there's no AC and only one fan. They should provide more than one on the Summer."
YMCA of the Rockies Snow Mountain Ranch
8/10 Good
"Only drawback was the room didn’t have A/C. It didn’t bother me, but did my son."

"We loved our stay! Room was very spacious, Murphy bed was very comfortable for my teenager, and the washer/dryer was wonderful! They even provided detergent packets for us to use. We will definitely stay here again. It was an easy 25 min drive to the Grand Lake RMNP entrance. Perfect stay!!"
Cozy cabin w/ hot tub & fireplace
10/10 Excellent
"The house was beautiful. It offered lots of extra things such as box fans, elevated master bed, lots of games, and had everything we needed in the kitchen. Unfortunately it was a hot July and air-conditioning would have been a huge bonus. The house is within 20 feet of the golf cart trail therefore sleeping in wasn’t an option as we were woke up early every morning by the golfers. The house is also not a standalone cabin like I thought it was. It is a duplex. I was looking forward to taking a nice Jacuzzi bath after a long day, however, the Jacuzzi jets did not work which was a big disappointment. Conveniently located close to a grocery store. We enjoyed our stay!"
Buffalo Run- Luxury home, dog OK, HOT TUB, near RMNP
10/10 Excellent
"5/5 Stars – The perfect mountain getaway for our family! We stayed at Buffalo Run for 5 days, and it was the absolute perfect setup for our family of 9! Despite our large group, we never felt cramped—the house has a wonderful flow and layout. It was exceptionally clean and fully stocked with everything we could possibly need, from kitchen essentials to bath items. Most importantly, the beds were so comfortable that everyone slept great! The big backyard was a huge hit—our mini schnauzer loved having space to roam, and our two kids had plenty of room to play. What I loved most, though, was the location. It’s super convenient to the grocery store and only 30 minutes from Grand Lake, where we really enjoyed the atmosphere. We did an easy hike on the East Inlet Trail and took the scenic route over to Rocky Mountain National Park to hike Emerald Lake Trail.Overall, we had a lovely stay and would highly recommend Buffalo Run to anyone!"
3 Mi to Granby Ranch: Expansive Granby Retreat!
10/10 Excellent
"Had a great stay at this home in Granby. Came in for 4 nights in July. Plenty of room for 3 small families. Back patio has a nice gas firepit and a covered area that overlooks the golf course. There's no A/C in the home, but this is pretty common in this area, since over night temps get in to the 50's, and there is very little humidity, you can easily cool off the house by opening the windows at night. Location is great, about 15-20 minutes from Lake Granby, 30 minutes to Grand lake/RMNP. Also right by Granby Ranch, Snow Mountain Ranch, and within 30 minutes to Winter Park. There's also a City Market grocery store just a minute away, so it's super easy to stock up on groceries or other necessities when you arrive. We really enjoyed the area and loved relaxing at this house when we got back home each night from full days of hiking. I imagine it would be fantastic for winter ski activities, as well."
3 Mi to Granby Ranch: Home w/ Hot Tub & Mtn Views!

Western Ranch House in Colorado Rocky Mountains - Accommodates 14 Guests
10/10 Excellent
"Fun place to hang out"
Mountain Chalet on Golf Course
8/10 Good
"We spent Father’s Day weekend here with our 3 children and their families which included 5 grandchildren age 5 and younger. The spaces were great for everyone to spread out and had enough bedrooms to accommodate all of our needs. There are steep winding steps up to the loft area which I did not see in the listing which limited that space to one couple without children. The bathtub in the primary suite did not have a drain stopper which made it unusable for the small children’s baths. To be fair we did not report this and I’m sure it could be easily replaced. There were unfinished areas on the back patio with pavers etc. which made it unusable for the kids but we spent much of our time on the large front porch which was very enjoyable. All in all it was a great weekend with our family and a beautiful setting."
