Nice quiet comfortable facility. They need to spend some time on maintenance. The elevator was very sketchy. Also the front entrance when somebody would exit or enter the bldg. The doors would keep opening and closing 5 or 6 times on their own

Nice, clean, quiet Hotel. Reasonably priced except on weekends when all hotels up their prices. Will definitely stay again!

Was close to everything and most of the staff we spoke to were pleasant. Evening front desk personnel could be friendlier. Hot tub could be looked at, didn't work very well

The elevator seems to not work well. It would take approximately 5 min to get the elevator to the main floor. Our tub drain only drained when taking a shower- only drains when I’m holding it up.

BIG variety for breakfast, my room #202 was bigger than most. But it was also very noisy, due to the restaurant below fan constantly blowing and no view what’s so ever due to fan. You could hear people walking around upstairs and the carpet needs to be updated.

This was our first time at the Grand Forks Baymont and won’t be the last. We were very surprised by how clean it was and how friendly the staff were. The gentleman in the breakfast area is a gem! The hotel has a pizza and chicken place attached via the front lobby which was great for our late arrival. Guests from the hotel across the street were actually there as their hotel restaurant closed at 9:00 pm. Thank you Baymont. You never disappoint!

Liked price , though not new, but clean. Asked for garbage pickup 2nd day as rest was okay, but no one came ( okay). Noisy outside (guess smokers). Not certain I like dog friendly. Breakfast was great. Location good.
