3 Bed, 2 Bath home on quiet cul-de-sac in quiet, family friendly Northeast Grand Junction neighborhood. Great walking/biking areas, a dog park and even it's own little neighborhood library book exchange where neighbors donate and share books.

Centrally located in the middle of it all! Just 10 minutes from downtown and Colorado Mesa University, 15 minutes to Palisade and 20 minutes to Fruita with easy access to I-70B and Patterson Road.

The home is updated with modern amenities such as laminate flooring in all main living areas, private master suite with king size bed with Serta Perfect Sleeper mattress and luxurious master bath with travertine tiled shower. The second and 3rd bedrooms have a queen size bed and two twin bunk beds which can be easily converted to two twins if safety is a concern.

The kitchen features everything you need to make a gourmet meal or just an easy snack with convection oven, microwave and refrigerator as well as coffee maker and Keurig to get(and keep) you going all day! Refrigerator has ice maker and filtered water. There's also a guest laundry with washer and dryer available as well as a two car garage available for your use.

Outside there's plenty of space for kids of all ages to play and relax on the covered patio with outdoor grill. You can even roast some marshmallows under the starry Colorado skies and pergola with gas fire pit and swings!

You won't find a more charming, comfortable place to call home and make some great memories while visiting the Grand Valley or the Western Slope. We would love to have you as our guest!

Spring Break

This was our second time staying at this house and it's great! It's located in a nice, quiet neighborhood and it's a pretty quick drive to anywhere you would want to go. It's proximity to CMU is what makes it so helpful for our family.

Grand Junction Function

This property was very clean and super cute! It has a nice kitchen filled with everything you might need, clean bedrooms and bathrooms and a responsive host. We fit two vehicles in the garage, and it is in a safe neighborhood. We even got to see snails and baby owls right on the property. I would definitely stay here again.

It was a great place to stay with my family! The fire pit out back wasn’t working though so I was bummed about that other then that perfect stay! I highly recommend this Vrbo to anyone looking for a place that feels comfortable

Cozy amazing home

We are super happy with this home , it was exactly what we were looking for … space, comfort , amenities, enough rooms and pet friendly. Marlene the host was amazing at responding to our messages and questions. The neighborhood was accessible to everything and very safe and best of all very close to Palisade wineries. Will definitely stay there again on our next trip to Gran Junction

Great location and great house!

We spent a week visiting family in Grant Junction as well as driving around to see the sights of western Colorado and some of Utah! We loved this house and will definitely stay there again! It had everything we needed for a week long stay. We loved the outdoor area and ate most of our meals outside. All of the beds were comfortable, plenty of pillows and towels for the bathrooms. The kitchen had all the items needed for cooking and eating. Every time I had a question for the host they responded within like 15 minutes.

A nice stay

No stay is perfect- BUT one thing that stands out is Greg & Marlene! We had a few problems/concerns. What made our stay great was how Greg listened and understood our problem. And worked quickly to resolve the concern. What did we like? The home was beautiful!! We enjoyed ALL the amenities! Great kitchen!!!! I really liked using the washing machine- I always wondered how they worked and cleaned- it was good!!!! No complaints. We liked the outdoor space. We spent time there, but did not light the fire pit- wasn’t cold enough to light it. ;) we liked the location! Quiet neighborhood. We so enjoyed Grand Junction- LOTS TO DO! The small glitches we had were handled perfectly by Greg & Marlene. They were the perfect hosts! The property was great and we enjoyed our stay. When visiting Grand Junction again we wil DEFINITELY STAY HERE!
