"Was an excellent house for our guys golf trip base camp. Was close enough to town but far enough for peace and quiet. We enjoyed dinners at night at the house watching sports and enjoying the amenities. The fire pit, ping pong table and darts were used regularly. Great place and well designed."

"This cute pet-friendly house is located in a part of town that provides easy access to restaurants and shopping. The house was clean and well-stocked with comfortable furniture. The fenced yard is perfect for a small pet to stay safely and there is parking for two cars off the street, which is nice for vehicle safety. We had never been to Grand Junction before and used it as a half-way point to meet up and this worked perfectly."

"This is a great location, right near downtown! It's 1 block from beer, burgers, and bikes. The house is very cozy, like being at home. The kitchen is well stocked. Plenty of room. The host responded quickly to our questions."

"The home was easy to find, very well stocked and clean. The owner was very easy to contact and was responsive when we had questions. I did have a problem initially getting in as there is a lockbox and a doorbell. In the past the lockbox for rental homes always had the key. Not in this case as the code was connected to the door bell system. I called the owner and she helped. I suggested that the lockbox serves no purpose and should state that in the check in process. "This is a really nice house. The only issue we had was figuring out the air conditioning. House was freezing when we showed up. After searching for thermostat for like 4 hours we figured out that its a remote control device in the living room. When the AC is running there is a huge pressure in the house that makes the windows whistle. In the end you really just need the ac on in the daytime, just shut it off at night, problem solved."

"There were 5 of us, + dogs, visiting for a Winefest weekend. We absolutely fell in love with the house & property! Beautifully situated amoungst the orchards, it was a perfect setting for our weekend! The fenced in yard & dog door were perfect to keep the dogs happy the entire time! My only fault would be the train across the street that runs by throughout the night. If you can get past that though, this was a great place to stay, with plenty of room for all of us to be comfortable! Thank you...
