Lovely home

This is our second time staying at this home. It’s perfect for a family. The location is fantastic! We walked to downtown and to CMU. We hung out on the back deck and enjoyed the nice weather.

Grand Junction college drop off / family vacation

We found the property to fit our family of 5’s needs. The location is close to CMU and downtown, yet quiet and safe. The house was just big enough and with enough sleeping options. And the kitchen was well appointed. Condition/ cleanliness was great. As was the commutation from the host.

Close to everything in Grand Junction

The home was easy to find, very well stocked and clean. The owner was very easy to contact and was responsive when we had questions. I did have a problem initially getting in as there is a lockbox and a doorbell. In the past the lockbox for rental homes always had the key. Not in this case as the code was connected to the door bell system. I called the owner and she helped. I suggested that the lockbox serves no purpose and should state that in the check in process. If I had not reached the owner, I would not have been able to get into the home.
