Mini Ranch: hiking, Black Canyon, views, fishing, privacy

10/10 Excellent
"We really enjoyed our stay at the mini ranch! The property is very private and dead quiet, but still very close to downtown Montrose. The kitchen was outfitted with everything we needed and more, the covered parking was an added bonus, and the vibe of the place was quaint and relaxing! We loved the shade of the front porch and the hummingbirds that came to visit regularly. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others."

The LaBirdie; Hot Tub, Putting Green, Luxe Retreat

10/10 Excellent
"We had a wonderful stay at this property. The home is extremely clean, modern, and well-maintained. The AC kept us perfectly cool, and the auto-blinds were a fun, high-tech touch. We especially enjoyed the gourmet kitchen and the great deck amenities.A few helpful tips for future guests: Coffee Maker: The kitchen has a Nespresso machine, so bring Nespresso pods if you prefer espresso over standard ground coffee! Sleeping Arrangements: Aside from the two comfortable main bedrooms, the fifth sleeping option is a couch or blow-up mattress setup rather than a traditional pull-out sofa.Special shout-out to the next-door neighbor, who was very considerate with their dog whenever we were outside. Overall, a great property—we would definitely stay again!"
