Downtown Bungalow- 3 bedroom in Grand Junction! Newly remodeled!
- Charming Craftsman just a short walk from downtown Grand Junction! Renovated modern kitchen and stylish baths w/ all new appliances and finishes. Entertain with the open-concept living/dining/kitchen- perfect for gathering friends & family! Equipped with quality mattresses for a restful stay. Enjoy the screened-in porch and private, fenced backyard. Quiet street yet nearby restaurants, shops, parks, and events. Perfect homebase for exploring! Dog friendly!
The living area has a large cozy sectional, great natural light and access to the screened in porch- our favorite spot for morning coffee!
There are smart TVs in the living area and in the back bedroom.
In the kitchen we have provided everything you'd need for a short or long-term stay! Whether you are heating up leftovers from a nearby restaurant or cooking a Thanksgiving feast. All appliances, cookware, bakeware, dishes, etc. are new. We provide coffee and some basic spices for cooking!
The house has 1.5 baths. We provide shampoo, conditioner, hand and body soap. There is a hairdryer under the sink of the full bath.
We loved designing and decorating this home and are excited to share it with Grand Junction visitors!
