If i could give 10 stars i would. This home is spectacular. Brand new, immaculate, expertly decorated and equipped with everything you need. Tom was a great communicator and made our stay so comfortable with snacks, baking supplies, even lotion and shampoo. Oh and that master bath shower was awesome!!!!I dont think ive ever been ao pleased with a vrbo stay!

One of the best!

One of the absolute best VRBO’s I’ve stayed in! The house was beautiful and stocked with everything you could need and more! The location in Grand Junction is awesome! We will stay here again!

Wonderful property, 2nd floor living, very clean and new and tidy. Great snacks and muffin mix and amenities provided. Comfy beds, great comforters and sheets. Highly recommend.

My family and I have stayed in several vacation rentals and this is the best one yet! Tom was a great host! Quiet little neighborhood, the home was very cozy and inviting! So many little extras from the snacks and coffee to the handwritten note and locally made chocolates! We really enjoyed our stay!!

Absolutely Amazing Stay!

We were thrilled and SO pleased with this unit! The Host/Owner had thought of EVERYTHING to make our stay perfect! From the comfort, cleanliness, beautiful kitchen, furnishings, comfortable beds, beautiful bathrooms, shower with multiple jets to the perfect deck to enjoy the weather and have a glass of wine looking at the sunset to ALL OF THE AMENITIES this unit had! We loved the games too that were provided. I cannot say enough as it was truly the BEST place we have stayed at!

Very Comfortable, Cute, Clean Spot

Had a fabulous time staying here! Tom went above and beyond with amenities in the house including tv streaming set up, snacks and water bottles. Additionally, it was very comfortable and clean. The porch was a huge bonus too! Would 10/10 recommend.

Very nice place, great location and great host!

We stayed for 4 nights with our family and were very comfortable. The place was very clean and well stocked with essentials. The location is great for walking downtown. I was a little concerned about street parking but it really had no issue. The host was communicative and check in was a smooth process. Everything worked great with tvs and internet. We would definitely choose to stay here again.

Beautiful condo with exception amenities! I almost hate to review such a great review because this is truly a gem! Location is perfect for anything you want to visit in the area. Beds were very comfortable and entire house was very well decorated. We will be back!

My family and myself were very impressed with this home. It is a beautiful and comfortable place. It felt welcoming, like home, from the moment we stepped in. I have only one small suggestion: an electric fireplace under the tv. This home is begging for a fireplace😉😁

Great place and Location

Best VRBO we’ve ever stayed in. Everything was great! Like new condo with big kitchen with everything like home including snacks too. Comfortable living room with nice furniture. Great balcony to relax on. Master suite with huge comfortable bed and the shower with luxurious shower head and jets. Nice to walk blocks to downtown where there are many shops and restaurants. If we come back we will stay here. Tom did a fantastic job on this rental

Best rental EVER!

Well appointed home away from home with all the thoughtful extras ( hand written personalized welcome note, basket full of snacks, muffin mixes, great coffee extras, plenty of premium toiletries) lots of space/ cute Balcony area. Great kitchen w everything you could want. We came to spend lots of time with new grandchildren so we didn’t get to spend much time at the townhome or enjoy everything this downtown location had to offer but we sure enjoyed the time we were there. We definitely hope to stay here again and hope that future renters will not destroy this great place! Thanks Tom for doing such a great job.

Perfect!

The property was amazingly clean, well decorated with amenities galore provided. Snacks on the countertops and in the cabinets. Fantastic coffee – two flavors. Coffee creamer, sugars – Cocoa for those of you wanting to make a mocha or a simple cup of cocoa for your young one. You literally only need to bring your clothing and personal hygienics to this place. Communication with the owner was pristine. He was very kind, friendly and accommodating. My family and I were able to check in early, and check out time was also extended by one hour. The neighbors are friendly, neighborhood is quiet. Extremely close to Main Street – roughly 3 blocks away!! Will definitely be staying here again, thank you for the amazing stay!! :)

Beautiful and clean convenient home

There are many, many pros about this property. It is clean, beautifully decorated and convenient to Main Street. It was wonderful to have two bathrooms and showers. The host provided some nice convenient snacks in case you haven’t shopped yet, which was a nice touch. I especially appreciated the small pats of butter in case you wanted to cook and had forgotten to buy oil or butter (luckily I had already purchased some). There are many small touches that make a big difference, including small shampoo/conditioner bottles if have forgotten or run out of yours. Small cons: sheer drapes in the master bedroom make sleeping difficult if you are sensitive to light at night. No coasters for drinks, and no Kleenex. Small cons, and LOTS of pros. Lastly, there is an insurance fee (or you can opt to have a very large hold on your credit card)! I wish this was disclosed before final check out, perhaps in the listing? Two middle aged ladies didn’t think we needed an extra insurance plan.
